Our client operated multiple restaurant locations facing severe customer experience issues during peak hours. Long physical queues led to customer walkouts, safety concerns during COVID, and no visibility into actual wait times. What We Built
We developed VirtualQ, a complete SaaS-based virtual queue management system. Customers scan a QR code to join the queue remotely, receive real-time position updates on their phone, and get notified when their turn approaches.
