Our client operated multiple restaurant locations facing severe customer experience issues during peak hours. Long physical queues led to customer walkouts, safety concerns during COVID, and no visibility into actual wait times. They were losing an estimated 30% of potential customers who saw the line and left.

What We Built

We developed VirtualQ, a complete SaaS-based virtual queue management system. Customers scan a QR code to join the queue remotely, receive real-time position updates on their phone, and get notified when their turn approaches.

QR-Based Queue Entry

Customers scan a QR code at the entrance or from marketing materials to join the virtual queue instantly - no app download required.

Real-Time Position Tracking

Live updates showing queue position, estimated wait time, and notifications when turn is approaching.

SMS & Push Notifications

Automated alerts via SMS and push notifications so customers can wait anywhere - in their car, nearby shops, or at home.

Admin Dashboard

Staff can manage queues, call customers, track no-shows, and view analytics on wait times and customer flow.

Multi-Branch Support

Central management console for chains with multiple locations, with individual branch performance tracking.

Capacity Management

Set maximum capacity limits, pause queues during rushes, and manage customer flow intelligently.
